I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was superb, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a nice swimming pool and a convenient ski bus stop right in front of the hotel. The location was excellent, situated in the city center and within a short distance from the cable car, making it easy to access the slopes.

Was all great. The hotel exceeded all my expectations, providing a wonderful experience during my stay.

Staff were very pleasant, efficient, helpful, spoke English well, very solution-oriented. Whatever was asked of them was done quickly and pleasantly.

Pillows are too big. Rooms need bathrobes to facilitate use of the Spa/pool.

Great food and drinks, lovely indoor pool and sauna area with lots of showers and a little pool of cold water to walk in after the sauna. Excellent location close to shops and bars. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were too small, crowded, and dark with poor lighting. the Wi-Fi was weak, unstable, and not available in the rooms.

The staff was very amable and all questions were solved with a friendly smile. The rooms had a lot of cabinetspace. The spa was nice and quiet.

We stayed on halfpension. The food was good, but not very good. Diningroom very, very noisy - some nights hard to have a discussion at the table. But I rather take the noisy half pension than go out and look for a restaurant after a full day of skiing.

We loved the location, amenities and restaurants. We came to mountain bike but the day was cancelled due to rain. We want to come again and stay longer.

It is also close to the slopes above Alpendorf, so guests can easily access the ski area. the breakfast at the hotel is delicious, with options to make rolls for a quick meal before hitting the slopes. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day of skiing.

The hotel lacks clear information about the local bus system, which can be confusing trying to navigate the area.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. We loved being in front of the popular night club like maze, it made it so easy to enjoy the nightlife. The service was top-notch. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and tidy, and the laundry service was a convenient option. The airport shuttle made getting to and from the hotel a breeze.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.
